What we collect

When you order, we ask for your name, phone number, delivery address (governorate, area, street and building, an optional landmark and instructions) and, if you want, your email. We also keep what you ordered and the totals.

Why

Only to prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone except the person delivering your order.

Where it’s kept

Orders are stored on the shop’s web server, in a private area that the website itself can’t show. Only the shop can see them, through a password-protected page.

Your cart

Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it’s still there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you place an order. Clearing your browser data empties it.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics trackers. Opening the WhatsApp, Facebook or Maps links takes you to those services, which have their own privacy rules.
